(I should have just asked hotel to do it, as I do not speak Spanish). I had to change our return to the airport time. Driver from the hotel was grumpy and dropped us of across the street from our hotel and pointed to hotel. but we were finally escorted to a nearly full mini bus. The airport process was a bit confusing: Wait here, no come with us etc. They got the job done got us to hotel and then back to airport. Booked with them through our hotel (before arrival).
